*****OES HOME and CAMPUS***** *** ITEMS OF INTEREST - OES HOME *** ~ O.E.S. CAMPUS NEWS ~ A NEW request from The ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT: THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU!!! WE NOW HAVE ALL THE BOXES THAT WE NEED!!! Thank you, Cindy A. Eckerson Administrative Assistant Eastern Star Campus Dear Members, Just a quick note to say a formal thank you to all of you who have made lap robes for our residents here at the Home. They are very much appreciated. It was suggested that we let you all know, for the resident to benefit the most by the lap robes, they should be made with a width of approximately 38” and a length of approximately 46” and with a tight crochet or knit. If the robe is too small, it doesn’t cover their lap and legs for added warmth; if it is too big, they will get caught in their wheelchairs or they may trip on it and fall; and if they are loosely crocheted or knitted with holes, they do not keep the resident warm from any drafts. Again, thank you. Cindy A. Eckerson THE DAY CARE CENTER Continues to accept "UPC - TAGS" from the following products. Campbell’s Soup Labels – the front label is no longer acceptable.
