THANK YOU to all who use their TARGET RED CARDS! We did great for the 2008/2009 school year! We earned $163 more than the previous year for a total of $475. Continue to use those cards, as we continue to earn cash back every time you do. As of March 1, 2009 we are earning money for the current year and so far we are at $403.05. Remember, anyone can participate, so feel free to ask friends and relatives out of state to support Orenda in this easy way. IF YOU HAVE A TARGET RED CARD, please be sure to register it for ORENDA and our school will earn $$ every time you use it. For more information on Target's TAKE CHARGE OF EDUCATION program, scroll to the bottom of this page and look for the Target logo. If you don't have a student attending Orenda but would like to help us collect Box Tops, please drop them off or mail them to the school: Orenda Box Tops

My school is collecting Box Tops for Education. They are the little pink "coupons" that you can find on General Mills cereals, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury and lots of other products. They are even on Kleenex, Cottonelle, Ziploc, Saran Wrap, Viva, Juicy Juice and Avery products! I'll bet you have some at your house right now!
Each Box Top is worth 10 cents. Last year our school earned $7,500 from Box Tops, and we'd like to do it again in the coming school year. Can you believe our school can make money on something that is normally thrown in the trash? Please don't throw away any Box Tops you have! I would really appreciate it if you can send them to me. It will help me and my classroom to win Box Top Prizes, and the money we earn from Box Tops helps the PTA to provide great programs for Orenda students!

PS: You don't have to rip up your food boxes to send me Box Tops. If you take an exacto knife and gently cut around the Box Top, you can peel it right off. It makes the Box Top easy to mail!
