Paul also brought up that he was attending association meeting and that he would bring up about the convention and how certain chapters would participate in the convention.

VICE PRESIDENT - Bob stated that he was disappointed with the turnout for the convention as well as the Columbia County Fair. We should make an effort to make runs and events.

SECRETARY- - Don asked that members should pick up raffle tickets. We have been selling out of these tickets in the past, and we will probably do so now. Any member wanting tickets to sell, please see Don O’Connell. The drawing for these tickets will be at the Dec. meeting in Tri-village.

She will be taking orders for shirts and she will be ordering shirts to have in stock. There will be 3 shirts for each size and style. We voted on and seconded giving her the money for the order.

COMMITTE REPORT - Paul asked about the Fall Run and Don said that he had discussed it will a couple of committee members, but nothing really was set. There was questions as to where this was going to end, the date etc. Don said that he would email everyone with an update as soon as it was put together.
