Welcome to The South Country School District Parent Teacher Association                            On this site you will find information about your school district, your PTA, links to special sites of interest, information, ideas, and suggestions on how to get involved.

The PTA Council of South Country School District is made up of 6 board members listed at left. We are volunteers here to help the individual units and the district. We are a source of information, advice and support. All are welcome to come to a PTA Council meeting and share in discussions about the district as well as speak with the Superintendent, Board of Ed Member, BTA Representative and PTA Unit leaders.

Feel free to visit the websites listed to the left for National PTA, NYS PTA and Suffolk PTA. Keep checking your school district website and school PTA site for more information.

Thank you for caring for kids!

Don't forget to attend Board of Education Meetings. They are an important part of your parental involvement responsibility. Please check the school calendar for upcoming meetings.
