Bryan Nuckles Introduction
Racing is in Bryan's blood. His Great Grandfather, John Nuckles Founded Columbus Motor Speedway in the 1940's. Son of John, James Nuckles, took the reigns of the speedway in the 1960's along side wife Barbara. James, Barbara and their four children continued CMS along side being heavily involved in Quarter Midgets and USAC midgets from mid 70's to the mid 80's. At the age of four, Bryan continued the Nuckles family tradition and began driving Quarter Midgets and working at the speedway. Fifth Generation, son of Bryan, Rylan Nuckles now continues the family tradition at age five with his Quarter Midget career.
The main feature in the Nuckles family was the legendary Columbus Motor Speedway. The 1/3 mile paved oval had some of the most spectacular and exciting competition central Ohio has ever seen. The track began participating in the NASCAR WHELEN ALL AMERICAN SERIES decades ago and has earned a reputation of being one of the hardest to tame in the midwest. The family owned and operated CMS is host to many racing divisions.
With hundreds of heat and feature wins, top five and top ten finishes under his belt, Bryan continues to move forward as fierce racing competitor. This coming 2017 season, Bryan will compete in the OSCS Sprints, F.A.S.T. Sprints, OVSCA Sprints, BOSS Sprints and Artic Cat All Star Sprints.
