Mission Statement "The purpose of the East High School Alumni Association is to provide scholarships for college bound seniors of East High School. The Association provides financial and human resource assistance to students and programs of East High School, where feasible. The Association receives and disburses funds from annual membership dues, bequests, gifts, grants, individuals, firms, corporations, and other organizations. Any person who has graduated from East High School, attended East High School, or otherwise supports the purpose of the Association shall be eligible for membership in the Association."

OFFICIAL EHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
It has come to our attention that there are other East High School Alumni who are affiliated with other organizations that like to get together and reunite. While we encourage Alumni getting together whenever possible, we believe our Alumni community, as well as the community at large, deserves not to receive mixed messages. We invite ALL Alumni to join forces with the official EHS Alumni Association.
As an Association, we already do so much good for the students. We have provided over $20,000.00 in scholarships in recent years, as well as provided additional monies to a former recipient's college for her expenses. This is possible because of the support we've had from you, and we haven't even reached everyone yet!! Imagine the good that could be done if ALL interested Alumni were working together!
In our effort NOT to combat, but to COMBINE forces, we extend a worldwide invitation to ALL EAST HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNAE to come together as one.
FACT: The Alumni Association is proud to report that we have participation and/or active memberships from classes ranging from 1930 to current year.
FACT: One hundred percent of profits from scholarship fundraisers go towards scholarships.
FACT: Fifty percent of membership fees go towards scholarships.
FACT: Quarterly Association meetings are held, at which a treasurer's report is submitted, offering an accounting of ALL expenditures and revenues from ALL events.
FACT: Our students need all of us to work collectively, together, and to lead by example.

Did you know that fifty percent (50%) of membership fees are tax deductible??
Our membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th each year. If you send your payment closer to the half way mark, we'll post it for the upcoming membership year, and indicate that on your membership card.
