Retired Fire Chief Robert E. McDonald, 1923-2012
The fire department is greatly saddened to learn of the passing of Retired Chief Robert E. McDonald. Chief McDonald was a charter member of the Fowler Volunteer Fire Department and played a vital role in building the fire department into what it is today. Chief McDonald dedicated 28 years of his life to the citizens of Fowler Township and served the last 15 of those years as Chief of the Department.
We thank him and his family for his many years of unselfish service.
