Welcome!
Highwater is a friendly congregation of the United Church of Christ located in North Central Licking County. Visitors are most welcome. If you come as a visitor, we hope you leave your visit as a friend, and come back again soon.
Worship Outside with us! July 12, both services
"Living Word" outdoor drama.
We'll leave the church at 4:00pm on Friday, July 17, to go to Cambridge to see the "Living Word" outdoor drama. Bring money for dinner along the way. Tickets are $13 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
Long-term Mission Trip to Washington DC
Sunday, July 19 - Friday, July 24
Rev. Torie and 3 youth will head out to Washington DC to do a week's worth of mission work with YSOP.
Highwater Day at the Polo Field/Fundraiser for the Licking County Coalition of Care
Sunday, July 26th will be our 2009 Highwater day at the polo field in Granville. Also, on this day, we will be helping with a fundraiser for the Licking County Coalition of Care. Admission is free - bring your tent and chairs/blankets and join us!

- FROGs (Fully Relying on God)- Grades 6-12
- Grades 3-5 - ON BREAK FOR SUMMER!
- Grades 2 and under - ON BREAK FOR SUMMER
this service often includes Special Music. Children's Church Provided every Sunday except the last Sunday of the month
The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of every month, at both services, and on other special occassions throughout the year.
The Sacrament of Baptism is arranged with the pastor and is held in conjunction with a worship service.
Our church building is accessible.
We have a:
- Ground level elevator
- ADA restrooms (men and women)
- Wheelchair seating in sanctuary
- Sound system in Sanctuary & Legg Center
- Let us know what else we should do
We welcome children of all ages at our services.
In addition, we provide:
- Cry Room above the sanctuary
- Nursery care during worship services
- Children's Church is available for children up through 5th grade during most of the 10:30 services
