playgroup:

We are trying to coordinate dates for a group babysitting exchange so that you can get your Christmas shopping done!  On one or two days, we will have a gathering of parents and children for food and conversation.  Parents can take turns shopping while the rest of us watch the kids and socialize together.  Details will be posted soon.

Cleveland events:

 

'Holiday Solutions' Real Simple Magazine will be at Beechwood Mall, December 8, events run 10am-6pm.

 

Jennifer Rohrer (HOWA Co-Director and visual artist) will be selling her artwork at Heights Arts Holiday Store (40% of all artists' sales go to supporting HeightsArts, a local not-for-profit community arts organization): Heights Arts Gallery
Art, crafts, books and CDs by 100 local artists, writers, and musicians. Shop at the Holiday Store and support the arts in your neighborhood.
Holiday Store hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 12 - 9 pm
Monday 6-9 pm
Closed Sunday
December 24: 12 - 4 pm

November Social:

Please join us for our monthly social.  Come to get out of the house and socialize a bit over a tasty beverage, appetizer, dinner, or a dessert (or all of the above!).  We look forward to hearing your ideas for the upcoming year.

If you are interested in taking home a variety of delicious cookies, please bring six (6) cookies to exchange.  If not, please come to show off your gingerbread house decorating skills.  All supplies are included, but feel free to supplement with extra candy/frosting if you wish.
