- McDonald Mayor's Court-Hears most minor misdemeanor traffic cases and criminal offenses.
- Niles Municipal Court-Hears more serious misdemeanor traffic and criminal offenses. They also hold preliminary hearings on felony offenses.
- Trumbull County Common Pleas Court-Hears only felony offenses
- Trumbull County Juvenile Court-Hears all matters involving juveniles offenses.
