DEN MEETINGS
Webelos II's (5th Grade)... 1st & 4th Mondays at Overbrook Church, 7pm
Den 1 Webelos will have their final meeting on January 28th. They will celebrate with the Arrow of Light ceremony followed by a crossover ceremony where many of our Webelos will cross over into Boy Scout Troop 474.
Wolves (2nd Grade)... 1st & 4th Mondays at Overbrook Church, room 204, 7pm
Tigers (1st Grade)... 1st & 2nd Mondays at Overbrook Church, South Parlor, 7pm
Wolves (2nd Grade)... 2nd & 4th Mondays at Overbrook Church, room 101, 7pm
Bears (3rd Grade)... 1st & 4th Mondays at Overbrook Church, 7pm
Webelos (4th Grade)... 1st & 2nd Wednesday at Overbrook Church, room 202, 7pm
Bears (3rd Grade)... Every Monday at Overbrook Church, room 202, 7pm
PACK MEETINGS
Pack meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Overbrook Church. However, Fall & Spring Campouts, Pinewood Derby and the Blue & Gold Dinner are considered Pack Meetings
For the 2007/2008 school year, Pack meetings will be held on the following dates at Overbrook Church unless otherwise stated:
10/20-21/2007 - Fall Family Campout at John Beltz
11/19/2007 - Theme "Indian Nations"
12/17/2007 - Theme "Celebrations Around the World"
1/18/2008 - Pinewood Derby
2/15/2008 - Blue & Gold Dinner
3/17/2008 - Theme "Litter to Glitter"
4/21/2008 - Theme "Abracadabra"
5/17-18/2008 - Spring Campout at John Beltz
(Dates are subject to change based on school/church calendar changes)
COMMITTEE & LEADERS MEETING
These are held the Second Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 p.m. at Overbrook.
The agenda allows for discussion on upcoming Pack Meetings and Camp Outs, as well as other Pack activities. They typically last about an hour and are open to Committee Members, Den Leaders and Parents.
