General information for hotel stay:

If you are not going to attend any of the FUN-vention, please make your reservation with the Hilton on your own.

If you are a Hatter and plan to stay at the Hilton & attend all the timed activities, please complete a registration form and send along with your deposit or payment in full.

You will note that your vending will be closed during the time of our activities so you can attend. The rate for the full convention is the same for ALL HATTERS. We need to know how many of our HATTER vendors plan to stay at the Hilton so we can save you a room.

The cost for the full convention inclues two (2) nights at the Hilton Columbus, Tea Reception plus three (3) other meals. Except for the reception on Friday evening, all meals are sit down so you won't have to juggle plates thru a buffet line. There will be prizes thru out the weekend. All VENDOR'S are asked to donate a door prize to be given away during our FUN-vention. Please let Queen Bee Sharona know what you will be donating.
