NO Themes or Costumes, bring your comfortable Red and Pink Regalia. Well we do have one chance for you to dress up Saturday night. But everything else is designed for fun and comfort.
Lots of great places to shop as well as a selection of Red Hat Vendors. Don’t forget those comfortable shoes.
So many yummy restaurants you will have trouble deciding.
Check out the Hotel, there are many places for us to sit and talk all night or swim til dawn in the indoor pool. I think it was just designed for all of us Red & Pink Hatters.
At this time the Hotel has a beautiful outdoor patio where smoking will be allowed. You can sit, chat and enjoy the view and fresh air while having a smoke and your favorite beverage. So far there is no plans to change. So smokers we are thinking of you and are trying to plan a place for you to be comfortable.
Once we all get together we will raise the roof with laughter.

We have put together a FUN weekend for all our Red and Pink Hat sisters
We have tried to keep the schedule light so you will have plenty of time for all those things we do best; shop, talk and eat.
Knowing that when we are saving money, we are having the most fun. We have worked really hard to keep cost at a minimum while still providing excellent food and a wonderful Hotel that will treat all of us the
The cost includes two{2} nights at the Hilton Columbus, a Tea Reception plus three{3}other meals. Except for the reception on Friday evening, all meals are sit down so you won’t have to juggle plates thru a buffet line. There will be prizes thru out the weekend and other unannounced FUN planned.
The cost is based on per person:
1 Per Room: $525.00
2 Per Room: $345.00
3 Per Room: $280.00
4 Per Room: $250.00
$185.63 Room only for additional nights
$50.00 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit at the time of registration. Balance Due June 30, 2008.

We will accept Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks
There will be a $35 return check fee.
Anyone wishing to have a banner or sign on their door may do so. The doors are wood and a wreath hanger will not fit over the door. To solve this problem we will provide a hook that has been approved by the Hotel. Keep this in mind when planning your banner/sign, it will have to hang from a hook. This will be the only thing you can use so that there will be no damage. If anything else is used, those staying in the room will be responsible to pay for any repairs.
