Red Mums Royal Jesters Red Hat Society Chapter #76030

Welcome to The Red Mums Royal Jesters We are a chapter of the Red Hat Society. Welcome to the place where there is fun after fifty (and before) for women of all walks of life. We believe silliness is the comedy relief of life and, since we are all in it together, we might as well join red-gloved hands and go for the gusto together. Underneath the frivolity, we share a bond of affection, forged by common life experiences and a genuine enthusiasm for wherever life takes us next. We meet the second Saturday of every month for lunch, never the same place, sometimes shopping, or touring, sight-seeing, tea rooms, or just for fun! We have only a couple of real rules, we want each lady to come out to play in her Red/Pink hat, and to wear our colors of purple/lavender. If a lady is over 50 years young she is a Red Hatter, If a lady is 35-49 years young she is a Pink Hatter.

***June 9***

It's Garage Sale day in the whole town of Grafton! Bring your shopping bags, wear comfy shoes, come early to shop if you want then we are jesting at 12 noon at Mistress Sew Fine's home 35659 Grafton-Eastern Rd for lunch, Look for the Red Hat Balloon. Then go back out for more shopping...if you are up to the challenge!

***July 13***

We are going to Frankenmuth Michigan! We'll leave at 2pm on the 13th and will come home on Sunday the 15th. So much fun will be had when we see Bronner's Christmas Store, eat at Zehnder's for their famous broasted chicken, and shop the Bavarian Village.

May Jesting
After some discombobulations we managed to gather at Blue Sky restaurant in North Ridgeville. It was wonderful! The food was superb! Sebony, our little waitress, single-handedly served all 22 of us with grace! Our flip-flops were a great hit with all of us, and the charm for the month was a tiny flip flop. It was discussed that next year all the chapterettes will be taking a turn to plan the jestings. Sandy K. and Jean have chosen May, March is our Meet & Greet, and that leaves all the other months to choose from. This will give everyone an opportunity to go and do something we haven't done yet. I will still provide the charms. With a little luck I will keep my busy body self out of the works.
