WELCOME TO THE ST.BERNADETTE H&S WEBSITE.This area is for you the parent to keep informed and aware of what is happening during the 2009 - 2010 School year.
St. Bernadette H & S Association is our volunteer parent organization (much like PTO at other schools). We provide assistance to our school through volunteering in the classrooms, cafeteria, educational events, after school programs and fundraisers. We provide a monetary pledge yearly that funds the educational needs of our children. Our priority is OUR CHILDREN!
We are off and running on this school year! Erin Griggs is busy hard at work already for our Fall Harvest Oct 30th. She needs lots of help to make this night go smoothly. She will be having a meeting at her home on Thursday Sept 24th for anyone that is interested! Thanks so much Erin!
Please help me welcome Kristin Gentile, who is not only new to the school but has decided to take on Home and School co-chair. We are hopeful that Kristin will bring new insight and new ideas to our Home and School. Welcome Kristin!
We have a calendar for Wednesday meetings ready for the next year.
August 21- Home and School Tea 8:05 in the Parish Hall
Sept, October, December,Jan, March and April meeting will be in the AM.
Nov, Feb and May will be PM meetings.

Please watch for info on Earning for Learning. Please save all your receipts from the mall, including movies and meals! We will have a box at school in the front hallway by the Open House.
The MAGNETS are here. Please pick up an order form in the files outside the school office. They are smaller than the size on the back of the form. They are 1 for $8, 2 for $15 and 3 for $20. Thank you for supporting Home and School. Info about the magnets: please remove them before going through the car washes. It is good to not only clean behind them to prevent scratches but also so you will not lose them!

St. Bernadette H&S Assoc. has run a gift certificate fundraiser known as SCRIP for several years. This program allows you to earn money that will reduce your tuition cost. The program works by purchasing gift certificates at a discount through a broker. These certificates are used just like cash when shopping. The discount is then split between H&S and your family.
Scrip certificates are currently being sold after mass on weekends. SCRIP is also available in the school hallway outside of the main office. Orders must be placed on mondays before 8:30am in order for you to receive them by Wed. or thursday of that same week. Some certificates are kept in stock and can be filled immediately if Anne has them. Remember there is no outstanding cost to you with this program.
We always need volunteers to sell SCRIP after masses so feel free to let us know if you are available to do this!
