Principal's Report– Pam Eltringham-
-Installation of 3 security cameras for the playground and back of the building has begun
-Accreditation - Holding the school to a standard that is supervised under the Ohio Catholic School Accreditation Association (OCSAA) that is composed of superintendants from 5 dioceses that sit on the board. It is the Ohio Education Standard along with the Catholic Schools Standard. The school improvement plan is focusing on two goals. Our Catholic goal has been the Peacebuilders program and will continue on that path in teaching the children how to appropriately handle a situation where they or another child is the victim of a bully. The academic goal is currently focusing on writing.

New Business-
*Teachers Convention – Ohio Catholic Educators Association (OCEA)
-Ginny motions to give $1000 towards registration, Talia 2nds – motion passed
-Ginny motions to give $1000 towards hotel expenses, Melissa 2nds – motion passed
-*T-Shirt Orders due this Friday, September 4
*FALL HARVEST -
-Erin Griggs – Chair, Allie Solt – Co-Chair
-Chair of Childrens Activities and kitchen needed
-5th Graders submitting ideas for new hallway theme, also prize for the 5th grader who names the hallway
-Meeting Wednesday, September 23 at 7pm at the home of Erin Griggs
-Fall Harvest will be Friday, October 30

*Teacher Project Proposals - - Kristin Gentile
–Teacher in each grade to submit up to 3 proposals for a classroom project

Old Business-
-Earning for Learning – currently in 3rd place, turn reciepts in until Sept 30, 1st prize $5000
-Yearbook Ship Date September 11
-Pool Party – successful turnout – 160 people in attendance
