School Board Report – Sheryl Meyers –
*1 applicant for available position, 1 position to fill

Principal's Report– Pam Eltringham-
*Request for $4000 for tuition assistance again this year
*Principle of the Day (Mardi Gras auction item) – lots planned for student!
*Kindergarten orientation – Wednesday, April 28 at 7pm

SCRIP Report - Sheryl Meyers -
*Great Lakes discontinuing VISA cards
*Watch kidmail for upcoming contest!

New Business -
*5th Grade Retreat – Ginny motions to pay $50 per student plus 1/3 of the bus fee, Kristin 2nds, motion passed
*Green Party Supplies for classroom, $350 or less – vote tabled until May meeting
*T-shirt update – Arianna Everitt will work on new designs for the St Bernadette t-shirts
*Vote to pay for end of the year pool party – tabled until May meeting

Old Business -
*Motion to approve $325 for the Father/Daughter Dance, Kerry motions, Milea 2nds, motion passed
*Motion to approve $275 for the Mother/Son Fun Night, Melissa motions, Ginny 2nds, motion passed
*Bob Evan's Community Night will be Monday, April 26 for St Bs 8am-8pm
*Communication Survey – Kristin Gentile – 75% of surveys returned - 4th grade won the ice cream party!
*Mini-School – Melissa Burton – Very successful, had a great response! Thank you to all who supported the program
*The Unofficial Guide to St Bs – Kristin Gentile will chair, email to be sent out for information
*Earning for Learning – Chair needed for this program, someone to help with receipts and communication
*COSI – Space will be the presentation for the 2011, will need to pay the $200 deposit in July
