WELCOME VISITOR

The Caldwell United Methodist Church is a fellowship that genuinely cares for you and your family. We are particularly concerned for the welfare of our families, our children, grandchildren, community and nation. We believe a personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, is the only lasting means for improving our attitudes, healing our wounds, addressing our fears, speaking to our disappointments, giving us hope, meeting our deepest needs, and restoring our broken relationship with God, our family, and our neighbor. We have a passionate desire to share our faith in Jesus Christ, and all that a personal relationship with Him offers. We believe children and young people are seeds of hope, both for the future of the church and the world in which we live. We are committed to teaching the Scriptures, living holy lives in obedience to God, promoting godly character and morality, constant prayer, personal witness, discipleship, and missions of mercy. We believe all life is precious in the sight of God, and that we are called to share the full council of God with all who will listen. We believe God desires that we seek unity in the faith and unity in “The Body of Christ,” for the sole purpose of honoring God and magnifying the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We believe that individual and corporate prayer, seeking spiritual maturity, obedience to God’s will, meaningful Christian fellowship, mission outreach, and numerical growth will be the result of a vital Christian ministry. We further believe that a vital Christian ministry will have a positive impact on our community, and bring authentic change to our lives.

Our Purpose Statement

To be healthy in our knowledge of God's Word, ever growing spiritually and numerically through love for God and God's people.
