On behalf of our entire congregation, we extend to you a warm welcome to the new Multi-use Worship Center which the Lord has graciously provided for us.
We received our occupancy permit on 1/9/2002 and after eight years of planning and waiting and nine months of work, we are able to use this new structure to serve our Creator God.
Our aim is to reach the lost in this area and minister to the saints. To this end we have built a facility where there may be all sorts of activities as well as programs that show we are interested in the youth as well as adults. We expect to have fellowship dinners and such where young and not so young will be able to fellowship and enjoy the blessings of the Lord.
The following rules are specific in nature and they spell out the procedures for obtaining permission to use and subsequent use of our facility.
RULE NUMBER 1
Permission to use the facility is to be obtained at a regular business meeting of the Church. We meet on the third Wednesday of each month, so you should plan your activities with enough time to allow the Church to act on your request. In the event this is not possible, permission may be requested from a member of the Leadership Team and he will contact the others to obtain approval of your event. When requesting permission to use our facility, you will need to provide all pertinent information such as the name of your group, purpose of the event, expected duration of the event with beginning and ending times, anticipated number of those to be attending, and your agreement to the rules.
RULE NUMBER 2
The facility is to be treated with the respect it deserves. We want you to feel at home, but please remember that you are a guest in the house of the Lord.
RULE NUMBER 3
There will be no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the building, and no alcoholic beverages allowed on the Church property.RULE NUMBER 4
All activities must be supervised and a duly appointed and approved adult overseer must be present.
RULE NUMBER 5
Anyone who is granted permission to use this facility is expected to see that everything is returned to the condition in which it was found. The adult overseer is charged with the responsibility to see that this is done. You should leave the facility as clean or cleaner than it was before you used it.RULE NUMBER 6
Our kitchen is a warming kitchen only, meaning that we are equipped to do minor cooking jobs only. If you wish to serve a meal, you should prepare it beforehand and we will then try to have the capabilities to keep the food warm. RULE NUMBER 7
In the event you wish to have a meal catered and the Church approves your request, those requesting permission will be responsible for seeing that all rules are followed. RULE NUMBER 8
Any damage to the facility will be the responsibility of the organization using the facility and causing the damage.
