 BUILDING PHOTOS

David Reynolds has some absolutely fabulous associates and it would be great to get to know all of these wonderful volunteers better. Some will be here for only a few days, others a little longer. We have already seen some who have come by to help and then had to leave to get back to their other obligations. It was sad seeing them leave. They truly love the Lord, His work, David and June, and each other. These folks worship, work, fellowship, and eat, all with equal enthusiasm. They are truly wonderful.
The ladies have had great times checking out the area stores and visiting garage and yard sales. (The men hit a garage sale or two, too!) Everywhere they go they witness to the people they meet and let them know why they are in our area. They are building a church for Victory Baptist Chapel on Willow Grove Road, and they invite everyone to come and visit us! We truly appreciate this, and we especially thank them for bringing their husbands along.
Rev. John Shuler and the Missourians on Mission were here and put much of the finishing touches on the building. They, too, are a wonderful and talented group, and once again it was difficult to see them leave. They put in five hard days and finished putting the mud on the dry wall, did the painting, enclosed the duct work in the space over the front of the building, installed what door frames they could, put in the showers and built the walls to enclose them, and laid the tile in the rest rooms, kitchen and foyers. PLUS, they did some work for the missions at Shadyside and Sardis. On the day that they left, we met in the auditorium for prayer. We thanked the Lord for the new facility and asked for safe journeys for all the volunteers. They prayed for our chapel that God would use us in a mighty way here in St. Clairsville. As a final prayer, we asked them to split up into small groups and each group take a room, go there and pray that the Lord would use that room for His glory.
It has been a thrilling and exhausting experience; and there is still work to be done. The building committee will have to schedule days for specific things to be done so that we can complete the job and occupy the building.
