The Bridge Creek PTO is an independent organization composed of parents, teachers, administrators, and community members. We work closely with our administrators and staff to determine the needs of the school. We make every effort to provide support for all three schools.
1. Encourage volunteerism
2. Enhance educational programs
3. Increase school spirit and moral
4. Serve as a conduit of information between the community and the school
5. Raise funds to supplement programs, provide incentives to students, beautify school property, and to support our teachers, staff, students & community.

We have a board of officers consisting of a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. Each officer may serve only two years at any one position. We also have several committees, which have their own chairperson. This chairperson reports back to the officers.
PTO is required by our by-laws to hold all member meetings a minimum of four times a year. We have officer meetings and committee meetings as often as needed. All member meetings are advertised in the Newcastle Pacer a week in advance. These meetings notifications are also sent home in our monthly PTO newsletter. A reminder is also sent home in the elementary Wednesday folder. All member meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30pm. We do not advertise our officer meetings or our committee meetings. Only the people involved are notified.
The President and one other officer sign all PTO checks.
There is no release of funds without the consent of a majority vote of the officers or the PTO members.
