Time for Major Scouting Fun!!!!!Hello and welcome to Cub Scout Pack 290's Website. Our pack meets on Mondays at First Christian Church of Moore @629 NW 12th St. Moore, Ok 73160 at 7:00 p.m.
Our pack consists of scouts from Tigers to Webelos II, our 2008-2009 Cub Master is Tami Graham.

Thanks to our Pack Charter, First Christian Church of Moore and all the boys, leaders and parents who make our organization come together, we are truly blessed.
This month all the new boys must be able to recite the scout promise, scout salute, and handshake so that they earn their bobcat. The bobcat must be earned before any other award can be earned

Hello Pack 290. This is your CubMaster speaking. We have alot of events coming up. So please check back to the calendar on this website sao that you can keep up to date. Also in order for any boy to attend the FUN activities he must attend all fundraisers and boring events. We are having a few issues with boys not attending the boring stuff but then attending the FUN stuff. So let's all work together and have fun.

Parents Please note the following:
1. Make sure your son is in the proper uniform, and has his book with him at all meetings (no need for book on Pack Meetings)
2. NO TOYS, CANDY, OR SOFT DRINKS ARE ALLOWED for your child during the meetings. We must be fair to all children so please do not bring to distract the boys during lessons.
3. Parents please be a respectful example for your child. If we ask for attention we ask for EVERYONE'S attention and your conversations to other parents could be distrubing. Please conduct long conversations outside the meetings.
4. If your child can not attend a meeting please call your Cub Master, Committee Chair or Den Leader and let them know so they can change their lessons accordingly. (see the left on links to contact Leaders)
Effective Jan. 2008 there will be uniform inspections. All Leaders are REQUIRED to possess the Scout Uniform Shirt and wear to Meetings and Events.
Den Dues are due at the beginning of every month. There are a few parents that are behind on paying the dues. Please bring your dues up to date asap.
