OBJECTIVES
 BHRW is organized to:
  • To promote and inform the electorate through political education
  • To increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government through active political participation
  • To facilitate cooperation among women's Republican Clubs
  • To foster loyalty to the Republican Party and promote its ideals
  • To work for the election of the Republican Party's nominees.

    We Make a Difference
  • We recruit, train & elect candidates for office
  • We educate about legislative issues & advocate through grass roots efforts
  • We promote education for young women through essay scholarships

  • We support literacy by donating books to schools and libraries
  • We get-out-the-vote with voter registration drives
  • We promote volunteerism through our "Caring for America" program

    History
    The Federation in Oregon began in 1935. Today, there are 22 clubs statewide and over 2,000 clubs nationally that strive to educate, inform and motivate women to become active in the political process.    		 Meetings
    Meetings - 3rd Thursday each month, 11am - 1;m location TBD.
    Come meet our ladies and experience our exciting meetings, speakers, Capitol visits and candidates fair.
