Offical Meeting of the Red Hat Quilters
Meeting for November will be 'GAMES & SOUP'. This is scheduled for November 19, 2004. Held at 4823 SE Division St., Portland, OR, Time: 5:30 PM.

Meeting for December will be 'Gift Exchange'. This is scheduled for December 3, 2004. Held at 4823 SE Division St., Portland, OR, Time: 4:00 PM.

Meeting for January will be 'Planning Session'. This is scheduled for January 8, 2005. Held at 4823 SE Division St., Portland, OR, Time: 4:00 PM.

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED

 We had several people sign up for Volunteer Duties for our Chapter. There is still a need for the following Volunteers.

Dame of Divine Ambrosia: Responsible for being sure there are tea sandwiches and desserts for the Red Hat Quilters on the third Saturday of each month. She does not prepare the food, but asks other chapter members to bring goodies. Also responsible for reminding those who are bringing the food....lest they forget.

Keeper of Koins: Responsible for keeping any monies collected for Red Hat Quilters. Keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing funds.

Contessa of Song: Responsible for leading us in song & kazoo. Looks for music appropriate for our station in life. I have a complete Red Hat Quilters Song Book using familar songs and DIFFERENT words.

Czarina of Ceremony: Responsible for organizing any ceremonial events for the chapter. Please Contact Queen Wendy if you are willing to take on any of these exciting volunteer duties.
