Brothers, The next Pa. State Board meeting will be held at Msgr. Thomas Rilley Division 39,
7229 Tulip St.(between Wellington St. and Cottman Ave.),
Philadelphia at 1 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2008.
Many of our National Officers and visitors from other states will be in attendance.
The AOH National Convention will be held in New Orleans, LA. from July 23rd to July 26th.
Seamus Boyle is running National President and Chris Norris for National Director.
All divisions are requested to send a list of actual delegates and alternates to the state secretary (me) as soon as possible. We need to know who is going to the convention in order to support these two Pennsylvania Past State Presidents.
All State forms ( 9 & 11 ) and per capita payments must be in by March 31, 2008. Every division must pay their National, State, and County assessments to be eligible for delegates to the National Convention.
Any County Board and division who has not donated to the endorsement ad for Seamus and Chris in the Hibernian Digest as yet is requested to do so by March 31st. We ask $50 per county and $25 per division.
On September 29, 2008 the Pa. State Board will meet at DuBois, Clearfield County.
On November 28, 2008 we will meet at Michael Dougherty Div. 1 in Bristol, Bucks County in conjunction with their 125th Anniversary Celebration. More info will be available for both of these meetings later.
Also any officer who could not attend the last state board meeting in Pgh. please submit their report for inclusion in the minutes.
