October 28, 2008:
Cost for this meeting is $35 and the meeting is being held at the Beaver Valley Golf Club, Patterson Heights, Beaver Falls, PA

January 27, 2009:
"Spirit of Servant Leadership" - Part 1 - L. Ken Parkhill - Personal & Professional Development Seminars & Training.
This program will explore leading the increasing emergence of “workplace spirit” needed to enhance employee motivation in an ever changing competitive business environment.
Presented by L. Kent Parkhill, President of his own organization of Personal & Professional Development Seminars & Training. Mr. Parkhill has 30 years as a profession speaker, trainer and facilitator with numerous companies, businesses, educational institutions and human service organizations throughout the country and internationally.

February 24, 2009:

March 24, 2009:
“Being an Efficient and Productive Employee.”

This program is about making your manager, his/her manager and the company successful and realizing our fulfillment & rewards.

Melinda D. Rombold, Vice President, Human Resources – RedZone Robotics will be the presenter. Melinda has over 15 years of human resource leadership experience in all aspects of people development and driving organizational strategy. Prior to joining RedZone Robotics she held the position of HR Director for Del Monte Foods and HR Director for Tuscarora Incorporated, a division of SCA.

April 28, 2009:
Administrative Professional's Week Celebration

“Are You Saying What I’m Seeing?” Your success as a communicator is more than words you choose; it is also your facial expressions, eye contact, etc. Recognizing what works and what won’t work when communicating leads to greater success on the job and with others. This program will address those critical factors and how they can impact you and your job.

Cheryl A. Bean, President of Compass Business Solutions, Inc., an experienced business woman, human resources executive, and an adjunct professor at Penn State University and the University of Phoenix. Her company supports start-up organizations for Fortune 500’s in industries as diverse as manufacturing, non-profits, technology, health care and professional sports.

May 26, 2009:
Program to be Determined - Carol Lundgren CPS/CAP, PA Division Treasurer, Board Mentor.

Carol has been a member of the Clear Penn Chapter of IAAP for 14 years and has served and chaired numerous Chapter committees as well as Division Committees. In 2007 she was elected to the Pennsylvania Division Board and is currently serving as Treasurer.

June 23, 2009:
Installation of 2009-2010 Chapter Officers.

“Secrets to Protecting Your Company…and You”. This program will look at the role the administrative staff plays in protecting the practices and reputation of the company for which you work, including business ethics--what they are and why they are necessary for your company.

Patricia A. Casasanta, SPHR, is a senior-level human resources consultant that has over 30 years in both hands-on and leadership positions in the human resources field. Pat has expertise in all areas of human resources including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and developing policies, programs, communication and implementation plans.
