Frolic Vendors & Forms Maurice K. Goddard State Park and Friends of Goddard will be co-sponsoring the Pioneer Frolic Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 11:00 am to 5 pm. The event will be held in the Marina picnic area of Goddard State Park, Wilhelm Road, Sandy Lake, PA. (five miles from I-79, exit 130) ![]() What a ride!
The Frolic highlights life along the Sandy Creek Valley during the period of 1750 to 1840 and will feature re-enactor encampment, demonstrations, free wagon rides and musical entertainment. All items are to be hand crafted. Artisans and crafters are encouraged to demonstrate their specialty. Costumes from pre 1840 are encouraged. ![]() Powder Horns Reservation fee is $25.00 per space and due June 1, 2010. Vendor space is 14’wide x 18’deep. This is an outdoor event – no electric, provide your own shelter or canopy. Checks should be made payable to ‘PPFF-Friends of Goddard’. All vendors are required to have PA User Tax number/license which must be provide upon requested. Please provide business card or sample print for your business to be placed in our show flier. Reservations received after June 1st will not have vendor name published in the flier, nor be guaranteed space. CRAFTER AND ARTISAN RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We look forward to seeing you at the “Pioneer Frolic” festival, on Saturday June 26th and Sunday June 27th at Maurice K. Goddard State Park.
· All crafters, artisans, and food vendors will be able to setup their booths at the following times:
Friday, June 25, 2010 from 12 noon to 8:00p.m.
Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (all vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 9:30 a.m.)
· Crafters, artisans and food vendors must supply their own tents/canopies, tables and display materials. All Spaces are 14’wide x 18’deep.
· All displays must remain open until the closing time of the show each day: (5:00 p.m.). No displays may be dismantled before the close of the festival each day.
· All displays and tents / canopies must be removed from the park by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2010
· Crafter, artisan, vendor parking is within 100 to 150 yards from the vendor area, spaces are not reserved parking, first come.
· State regulations do not permit raffles in the State Park, therefore you may not conduct raffles of any kind in your booth.
· RV’s, self contained campers are permitted overnight in the designated vendor parking area. Please notify park office prior to your visit to make arrangements if you intend to stay in the area. No hook-ups available.
