Health Policy

Please help keep our infants, children and pregnant mothers safe by following these simple health regulations. We ask that you do not attend any MOMS Club® event if either you or your children...

  • have a fever of 100 or higher
  • are vomiting or have had diarrhea within the last 24 hours
  • have a common cold with discolored nasal mucous
  • have a sore throat
  • have any undiagnosed rash or skin infection
  • exhibit any symptoms of childhood communicable diseases such as, but not limited to, chicken pox, croup, whooping cough, pinkeye, scabies, lice, fifth disease or hand, foot and mouth disease
  • are suspected of having mononucleosis

Weather Cancellation Policy

Rain cancels all park or outdoor activities, unless otherwise noted, for the specific activity. Snow/ice cancellations will be determined based on what Elanco School District does. (See www.thewgalchannel.com for school cancellations). A morning school delay will cancel morning activities, an early dismissal will cancel afternoon activities. All activities are cancelled if school is cancelled. If a member chooses not to attend an activity that she signed up for, even though the activity has not been cancelled, she is asked to notify the Activities Coordinator.

Smoking Policy

We ask that members do not smoke at any function where children are present.

Snack Policy

Due to some children in our club and any visiting potential members having allergies to peanuts and any tree nuts, please do not bring snacks for sharing that include these ingredients. Do not give snacks to any children, other than your own, without checking with the child’s mother first.
