Monday, August 10, 2009 at 6pm in Hawley Park
practice will follow immediately after.
Players should wear their purple pants w/ white jersey.
Bring a practice jersey with you for after pictures.
Rain date is Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 6 PM
WEIGH-INS for football 1st week of August –
all new players must bring original birth certificate,
a copy of the birth certificate, and a small photo. Exact date TBD
END OF THE SEASON BANQUET –Sun. November 15, 2009 at Woodloch at 4pm
RESERVATION FORMS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER WITH A DUE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 2009
RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ANNUAL ELECTIONS AND ANNUAL MEETING–
scheduled for Wed., November 18, 2008,
N.P. Cafeteria, 6:30pm
By-law amendments may be considered at the Annual meeting.
Those eligible for voting and officer nominations
must meet all of the following requirements within the current season:
- a minimum of 10 hours volunteered to LRYA.
- sign, return, and abide by, the LRYA uniform code of conduct
- attend a minimum of 4 monthly organization meetings.
