What Are The Expectations Of A CLM Associate?

CLM associates bring passion, vision, leadership and a desire to expand God’s Kingdom in an area of great need. While serving each CLM associate will discover God’s vision for their ministry in consultation with the Center’s director, and then use their gifting to achieve their God given goals.

CLM associates are expected to lead people to Christ by developing relationships with people in the community (in library’s, coffee shops, bars, etc.). You are expected to form at least one, multiplying organic discipleship group meeting which will constitute a new local church of Jesus Christ.

CLM associates conduct training seminars in their areas of passion and expertise, and they participate in training seminars produced by the leadership of CLM at least once monthly.

CLM associates are coached for one and half hours each month by the Center's Director, Dr. Paul Dordal. Each associate will submit a brief outline of activities monthly, highlighting praises and prayer requests.

CLM associates will be in agreement with the historic, evangelical Christian faith, and be willing to become licensed ministers. Each associate will agree to a minimum of two years of service.

What Does A CLM Associate Receive?

Each CLM associate is supported financially through a monthly stipend provided for their housing needs.

Each CLM associate receives one-on-one coaching by the Center’s Director to assist and empower them to achieve their God-given goals.

Each CLM associate will have the freedom to discern the context, form, and delivery method of their ministry. To empower you towards your goals, you will receive ongoing training in the areas of leadership development, spiritual formation, church multiplication, etc.

Each CLM associate will be supported by a mutually encouraging community of ministers, and you will also be supported by the many resources of the Western Pennsylvania District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
