Dordal Family 2008

Dr. Paul Dordal began his vocation in church and non-profit leadership nearly 15 years ago with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He has served as the chief-development officer at Nyack College, a church planter, pastor, and currently as the Executive Director of The Center for Leader Multiplication. A graduate of Nyack College (BS, Organizational Management), he has also earned a MA in Intercultural Studies at the Alliance Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Management from the Graduate Theological Foundation.

Paul serves regularly as a seminar speaker, workshop leader, and has been an adjunct professor. His passion is to see Christian leaders and organizations mobilized to reach people for Christ. Paul is also a consultant and has helped churches and non-profits in the areas of church multiplication, leadership development, organizational design, strategic planning, and fundraising.

He and his wife Martha have three children, Micah, Andrew, and Naomi. They live in Pittsburgh, PA.
