The Center for Leader Multiplication is a non-profit, Christian ministry whose primary mission is to mentor and coach individuals with potential to transform their community through leadership development and multiplying churches around the world.
CLM associates coach men and women to bring them into a fuller understanding of who they are in Christ and empower them to be re-producing catalysts in their community. Training focuses on spiritual formation, church multiplication, servant-leadership, life-coaching, etc.
CLM is a church multiplication center. Each CLM associate has as a primary goal to start and multiply organic, missional churches.
At CLM we start needs-based ministries. Out of the newly started ministry, relationships are formed, and a church is birthed from the fruit of those relationships.
