Naturalization Records are available through local NARA facilities. In Maryland the locations are: Annapolis , William W. Jeffries Memorial Archives, at the U.S. Naval Academy, there are two locations in College Park , National Archives at College Park and the Nixon Library, Suitland , the Washington National Records Center . Locations in Pennsylvania are: Harrisburg , Pennsylvania State Archives, Bureau of Archives & History, and two locations in Philadelphia , NARA 's Mid Atlantic Region (Center City Philadelphia) and NARA 's Mid Atlantic Region ( Northeast Philadelphia ).
