MOMS Club of York - West

Thank you for your interest in Moms Club of York West!!
MOMS Club of York West is a chapter of the international, nonprofit, support group MOMS Club (MOMS Offering Moms Support www.momsclub.org). Our chapter is specifically for moms in the York, Pa area. Our club's boundaries include the Central York, Northeastern, West York, Dover, and Spring Grove School Districts.

We are actively involved in supporting the community through volunteer activities and fund raising for select not for profit organizations. Our club has age specific playgroups that meet in member’s homes twice a month (3 – 7 children in each playgroup on average) plus we put out a monthly activities calendar with dozens of activities designed for moms and their children to enjoy. You are welcome to enjoy 2 activities (not including Moms Night Out or playgroups) and to come to a member meeting before deciding to join our chapter as a dues-paying member. If you decide to join, there are information and liability forms to fill out and dues are $25 per year.

The MOMS Club does:

Monthly member meetings
Casual get-togethers at local parks or members’ homes
Outings for mothers and their children at local attractions
Family parties around holidays and for fun throughout the year
Playgroups for children of all ages
Activity groups just for mothers including crafts, books, MOMS night out, scrapbooking and other special interests
Service projects that help needy organizations in the community

Our club also will come together to help a member who is in need! If you have a baby or are hurt our members will bring you meals, clean, babysit or whatever you need for a few weeks so you can concentrate on your family or getting better. We also will help families not in our club who are in need, ie death in the family.
