Welcome to the North Valley District Commissioner's Page. Mark held is the North Valley District Commissioner. He started his Scouting career in 1994 when his son joined the Cub Scouts. Mark has held numerous positions and is currently Assistant Scoutmaster (Troop 29) and Unit Commissioner. Mark is also Wood Badge trained.
North Valley Commissioner Staff Meeting:
Commissioner Meetings are held the last Thursday of the month at Hope Lutheran Church, Rt 248 Cherryville. The meetings start at 7:00 PM
