main.jpg          We meet at 3120 Chestnut Street, Whitehall inside of Ruffenach Hall at 6:30 PM on Wednesday nights. Pack 79 was started 18 years ago and has been very active in the community ever since. Our Adult Scouters are fully trained and provide excellent leadership.

Den Meetings & Pack Nights
As you gear up for the new school year, be sure to mark the regular Pack den meetings and Pack Nights to your calendars. Our den leaders work hard to make den meetings fun and guide the boys in rank advancement. They are looking forward to a great year!!

Den meetings take place every Wednesday @ 6:30 in Ruffenbach Hall.

Pack Nights are the last Wednesday of the month @ 6:30. This is a great way to acknowledge the hard work of the boys! Be sure to bring friends, family and a camera!! The boys are proud and want to share thus nught with you!

VOLUNTEERS & LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

A Cub Scout program is only as good as the leaders and parent volunteers supporting the program. Each family will be expected to volunteer for a minimum of 2 activities during the year. Activities can range from buying food for camp, serving on the Blue & Gold decorations committee to assisting with fundraising and camping events.

Sign up early for an activity. Vacancies will be assigned to those who have not volunteered.

Pack 79 is lucky to have a dedicated set of leaders. However, there is a need for additional leadership positions for this year and next.

PLEASE HELP!! - Many long time members of Pack 79 have moved on to Boy Scouts. There is a big need for leadership positions. The pack is looking for people to step up and volunteer for these positions so our program can maintain its excellence. Contact Cubmaster James Schultz for more details and to volunteer for an activity.



No School...No Meeting

"Just in case of Inclement Weather!!!!!!! Pack 79 uses the decision of the Whitehall-Coplay School District (WCSD) when deciding to cancel scouts for inclement weather. When there is either NO SCHOOL or EARLY DISMISSAL for WCSD, due to inclement weather, then there is NO SCOUT meeting for Pack 79..."
