The Right Rev. Dr. Robert Tutrone is Interim Bishop of the Pennsylvania Synod Region. Bishop Tutrone will be happy to address any concerns or answer any questions that you might have regarding the Lutheran Evangelical Protestant Church, the General Conference of Evangelical Protestant Churches.
Dr. Tutrone is the Bishop of Chaplaincy for the LEPC/GCEPC and is the designated representative to the Department of Defense. If you have questions or need assistance regarding Chaplaincy of any type or Ecclesiastical Endorsement, Bishop Tutrone will be able to assist you.
