On Sunday, August 21, 2005, we had our first annual Red Hat Hoot. This was the first event that husbands were allowed to attend. They always want to know what we did and this was their chance to find out. Everyone had to pay $5.00 a couple and bring a covered dish. We had tons of food and plenty of fun! We had so much fun and now they want to come back!

We had a Cher impersonator sing the Shoop Shoop song with her back-up singers. She even rode in on a Harley decorated with purple boa feathers!

We decided we would let the men see that we could do more with our mouths than talk, so we had to peel bananas with our mouths using no hands. and finally, women love to get huggie, huggie but men shy away from that. So we had men againt women passing an orange under our chins. The ladies won by a hair.
