The Philadelphia Regional Alliance of HUD Tenants encourages tenant councils in the Philadelphia, Delaware, Berks, Montgomery and Bucks counties to join our organization. Benefits of membership include the right to vote and run in PRAHT elections and the opportunity to participate in a community of mutual education with other tenants around the region. Dues are $5.00 per month and may be paid in monthly, quarterly, or annual installments. For an application to join PRAHT, please call us at 215-238-1550.
