 Our Team
 I wanted to take this time to tell everyone about the wonderful and dedicated staff that makes up PRAHT.
Ms. Dare Henry-Moss, has been an organizer and has been with PRAHT since September of 2001.
Ms. Henry-Moss attended Temple University and studied urban anthropology. Her experience includes doing surveys with public housing residents and worked with public housing tenant councils to improve community relationships. She continues to do community research surveying working mothers about their child care. She is currently assigned 11 properties around the city, assisting them with organizing tenant councils and teaching them such things as the Mark-to-Market process.
Mr. Kenneth Hall, also an organizer, is a remarkable man that not only works full time for PRAHT but finds the time to run a drug rehab outreach ministry, teach adult Sunday school, conduct weddings and funerals, and do prison ministry.
Mr. Hall is currently responsible for 8 properties, teaching tenants about their rights and responsibilities and the Mark-to-Market process.
Ms. Charon Bratcher, our third organizer, is very active outside of work with her church. She helps teach in a youth missionary, she it the vice president of her church choir as well as is part of her own singing group called “The Anointed Voices of Praise.”
Ms. Bratcher is currently responsible for 9 properties, educating them on the different contracts and preparing them for the Mark-to-Market process.
Ms. Dora Camp is our bookkeeper, she has been involved with PRAHT since the beginning.
Ms. Camp has over thirty years of bookkeeping experience. She is also a tenant in multi-family housing and is the Secretary of her tenant council.
Ms. Geraldine Thomas is the President and founder of PRAHT. She is also a tenant and the president of her tenant council.
Ms. Thomas is an amazing person that takes the time to educate her employees in innovative ways. She goes out of her way to make sure the staff is well taken care of and constantly makes sure she lets us know how proud she is of our hard work.
Ms. Geraldine Watkins is the vice president of PRAHT. She is also a tenant.
Ms. Watkins is also an ordained deaconess. She performs communion, baptismal services, home visitations, and she administers church duties as they are presented by the church’s ministry board.
Ms. Carlin Shafer, is the administrative assistant of PRAHT. Ms. Shafer handles all of the office duties to assure that PRAHT runs smoothly. She is currently putting together a web site and this news letter to help tenants learn about us and what we can do to help them, as well as letting them know about our accomplishments and upcoming events and goals.
