On October 27th, His Excellency,the Most Rev'd Robert Water Michael Edmondson, Archbishop Ordinary was appointed Military Vicar for the United Stated Armed Forces. Bishop Edmondson is a former Army Chaplain, Engineer Officer, and general officer.
