SAPPARA holds monthly membership meetings for the purpose of:

• Setting direction for SAPPARA funds and directions
• Organize additional programs for the membership base
• Approval for capital expenditures, program changes, program additions, etc.
• Anything that effects the SAPPARA membership

MEETING DATES & TIMES

All SAPPARA organization meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month. Meetings start at 7:30 PM in the Zephyr Park building meeting room (except during baseball/softball season where meetings start at 8:00 PM -- APRIL through JULY). We invite all members and interested parties to attend our monthly meetings. We need more parents and community members to get involved. We have seen wonderful commitment from area residents helping the children of our community. We know the dedication and care is out there - please funnel some of that towards the organization and help us provide a better environment for our children. Meetings are open to the public – anyone and everyone is welcome to participate and get involved.
