Welcome to the RI Federation of Riding Clubs, Inc
The R.I. Federation of Riding Clubs (RIFRC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1965. This organization shall unite all the organized horse clubs and individual horse people of R.I. and bordering states into a single body. This creates a co-operative thought and action towards establishing and maintaining suitable control of bridle trails, horse and equine activities, etc.
So many people ask "What is the Federation?" The Federation is a work club. Educate: We educate equestrians, groups, schools, police depts and dept of motor vehicles about the horse industry. Trails advocacy for the horse industry: We have members represented at TAC (Trails Advisory Committe) meetings to ensure equestrians the right to ride on existing and new trails. The Federation has a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the state to maintain The LeGrand Reynolds Horseman's Area in Escoheag, RI.
RIFRC offers state and federal legislative representation, business and professionals, greenway council, disaster prepardness plan and informing clubs and individual equestrians on state issues involving equine interests.

The Federation is supporting the Natchaug Silvermine Horse Camp Project. We have made a nomination donation as well as members that will be volunteering their time on work days.
