EXCELLENCE IN ACTION 2008-2009 The Charleston Chapter meetings are held the third Monday of each month at the North Charleston Police Department, North Charleston, SC. Dinner begins at 6:00pm and the program begins at 6:45 pm. Please be sure to contact Sue Frost if you will be attending the dinner and/or meeting.
