Clearwater on Lake Murray-Shelter Cove Homeowners Association

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING & COMMITTEE CHAIR MEETINGS ARE SCHEDULED to be held on the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month at 7:00pm at the home of Harriet Hobbs, 821 Shelter Cove Court. If anyone has an item or items to be put on the agenda, please contact Harriet Hobbs at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

WE ASK YOUR PATIENCE -
As many of you have noticed, the front entrance is undergoing massive pruning and changes. Due to years of neglect, many of the bushes were dead and/or dying. The dead bushes had to be removed and the shrubbery that was still living had not been pruned in years. The Grounds Committee and the Board have heard many homeowners' concerns regarding the front of the neighborhood, but we assure you that the pruning and the removal of the dead shrubbery was necessary.

Remember, the story of the ugly duckling...........

The Clearwater on Lake Murray subdivision consists of 140 homes including 28 patio homes in Shelter Cove. Amenities include tennis courts, a gazebo and boat dock, and a boat storage area.
We have a Homeowners' Association with Bylaws, Covenants, and Common Water Area Facilities (CWAF) Rules and Regulations. These documents can be downloaded and printed from links below.
All homeowners in the Clearwater on Lake Murray subdivision are required to pay the annual Regime Fee. The Regime Fee for 2011 is $390.00 and is due January 15th, 2011. Regime Fee includes trash pick-up service. This covers the time period from Jan-Dec 2011.

The revised Bylaws were unanimously approved at the February 26th, 2006 Annual Homeowners' Meeting.

This file is the Rules and Regulations concerning the use and enjoyment of the Common Areas of Clearwater and Shelter Cove adopted by the CHOA on July 12, 2011, replacing the below Rules that had been in effect since 1993. The new Common Area Rules and Regulations are designed to protect our homeowners and preserve our common area assets.

This file is the application form to store personal watercraft in the neighborhood's boat storage lot. If you want to store a boat in the lot, please complete this form and submit to the Boat Storage Committee chairman with a copy of your current SCDNR registration card.

A reminder to residents of Clearwater and Shelter Cove. In accordance with the Covenants of this subdivision, all of the following modifications and/or additions require approval from Architectural Review prior to commencing activity. Please allow 30 days for approval.
