Meeting Location and Time Our club meets Weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the second floor of the Swearingen Building on USC campus. It is the large white limestone building on South Main Street, just across the railroad tracks from California Dreaming restauraunt. We usually meet in room 2A19, but sometimes we will be in another room close by. Just look for our Club Banner with LOTS of Award Ribbons on it, which we hang outside the door of the room we are in. | |
Beginners Welcome! Not everyone feels comfortable talking before groups of people. It's perfectly normal to have butterflies and get nervous before giving a presentation at school or at work. Did you know that most Toastmasters start out the same way? It's true! We all come to Toastmasters with the same insecurities, but we quickly find that we are in good company. The camraderie and assistance that comes with the Toastmasters experience will help even beginners to feel improved confidence right from the start. Find out for yourself! |
