Insurance Agency Associate Needed!

Seeking motivated, full time, enthusiastic professional to work in my insurance agency that exclusively represents Allstate. Prior sales experience, knowledge of the insurance industry and a college degree preferred but not required. Must possess good written and communication skills, computer experience and organizational skills. The right individual will have strong people skills and project a professional image.
This position allows you to work in a challenging, professional, but yet fun and growing environment. With a salary plus commission based structure, you have the opportunity to earn an excellent salary. Job Requirements:
Property & Casualty insurance license. This can be obtained in the first week of starting the position. Life & Health license would be a plus but not required.
Key Functions:
Assess the needs of clients and offer products that fit their needs.
Solicit new business on your own
Follows consistent sales process for all prospects for:
Prescreening
Quoting
Sales tracking
Application completion
Follow-up
Set and meet the production requirements and goals
Assist in managing prospecting campaigns
Develop and maintain the agency relationship with customers
Answer phones and handle customer service issues (i.e. taking payments, answering questions, etc.)
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and rating plans
Ensure that all required documents are signed, filed and faxed (when required)
Follow all compliance guidelines and procedures
Maintain a sales record each month
Compose letters and correspondence
