Can a leader’s words really make a difference?
They can… if they are used to build trust and achieve results that benefit individuals and the organization. Think Winston Churchill, Mother Teresa, or Colin Powell! These three leaders have used words of conviction, compassion, and courage to unite their people in body, mind and spirit.
Leadership is a journey without a final destination. It demands self-improvement and self-renewal to continue Decisions mark the measure of the leader. Good decisions result in good results. Poor decisions contribute to mistakes. Deciding which is good and which bad is a good exercise of leadership.
