Dear Fellow Ministry Partner:
I greet you in the name of Jesus Christ, the One who shed his blood so we could have spiritual life. The Bible says, “For he (god) hath mage him (Christ) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
The months of June and July have come and gone quickly. We thank our loving heavenly Father for giving us many opportunities to preach His word in several local churches. In each service, the Lord worked and the saints were helped. It was joy to share the word in the following churches:
- Sand Flat Baptist Church, Cleburne, TX;
- Macedonia Baptist Church, Mesquite, TX;
- Hilltop Baptist Church, Sunnyvale, TX;
- Casey Creek Baptist Church, Chesnee, SC;
- Oakdale Baptist Church, Townville, SC;
- Covenant Baptist Church, Union, SC;
- El-Bethel Baptist Camp meeting, Spartanburg, SC
I also praise God for allowing me to graduate from Covington Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in Theology degree on the 25th of July.

Our Father has opened an effectual door to Costa Rica, Punteraus to preach an evangelistic meeting. The dates of the meeting are September 21-26. Two to four thousand persons are expected to attend each night. We ask you to pray with us about the following requests: (1) for God’s Spirit to draw the unsaved and give them saving faith, (2) for God to break down the strong holds, (3) for the native pastors to be helped and encouraged, (4) for local churches to be revived, and (5) for the expense of the trip to be supplied.
Please keep us in your prayers continually. I am very conscious of my great need for prayer and your partnership. Without them I cannot fulfill my calling to the ministry of Jesus Christ. Therefore, you are as important to this ministry as I am. Only the Judgment Seat of Christ will reveal and properly reward those who are part of this ministry.
