Welcome to the South Carolina Queen's Council Website!

This Queen's Council was formed to promote "Red Spread" throughout our state and to give queen's a place to share ideas!

The Queen's Court is comprised of all the Regional Coordinators, Convention Registration Coordinator, State Coordinator, Founder and Co-Founder. This group is responsible for coordinating the annual SCQC convention and providing support to the regions. Queen's Court members are listed on the left panel.

We have divided the state into regions and each region has a Regional Coordinator (RC). The RCs have a VERY BIG job and need the help of their regional chapters!

Each region sponsor's a Regional Queen's Meeting once a quarter. This is to get to know one another and plan regional events open to all members.

Regional events may or may not be open to red hatters outside of the hosting region, but they are always open to red hatters in the hosting region.

All chapters operate independent of the SCQC with a direct line to Red Hat Society Hat Quarters. This Queen's Council is in place for voluntary participation. No queen is considered elevated above any other. Coordinators are in place to facilitate planning and communication. The SCQC gives us an opportunity to gather for geographical regional events and from across our state to enjoy a celebration of our sisterhood at our annual convention.

FAQ Section
1. Is the SCQC a registered RHS Chapter?
Yes. The SCQC is a registered Chapter of the RHS. The Chapter is registered in SC and under the city "South Carolina".

2. Does the SCQC make any money on the convention?

3. Can we just visit the Vendors and not attend the convention?
You must have a Convention ID Badge to shop the Vendors.

4. How do we get a Regional Coordinator in our area since we don't have one?
Get the contact information to one of the Council Court members we will contact that person.
