Basket Contest We will again have the basket contest. Please see link on the left hand side, as there is some updated information.

Corsage Contest We know that we have some VERY crafty Red Hat Ladies. Personally make a corsage. Enter it in a contest to be held at the convention on Saturday.

Pre-Convention Thursday night - Meet&Greet Please join us for a Meet&Greet at the Managers Reception at the Embassy Suites. You must be staying at the hotel to attend this event.

As we approach Valentine, what better gift from your special someone than a reservation to the 2012 SCQC Red Hat Convention.
It will be held September 28-30 at Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort.

The theme Friday evening will be "What were you wearing in High School?"
Saturday evening "At the Prom - Red Hat Style"!
Imagine the ballroom with all the splendor and sparkle!!
Everyone is letting their imaginations run wild with the theme!!
It promises to be lots of fun.

Just a reminder that the convention rate of $159 ends on February 15th.
After that the rate will be $169.
If you are planning to attend, get that check in the mail soon.
We ladies love a bargain so don't hesitate!

If your reservation is received by March 1st your name will be submitted into a drawing to receive a $50 cash prize.
If the winner of the drawing has also reserved her room by that date she will receive an additional bonus of $50.

If your event is open to other areas, be sure you post it on the RHS Calendar too. The SCQC site will promote SCQC and SCQC Regional Events. A regional event is one that is sponsored by your region, not your chapter.

Keep in mind events sponsored regionally or by individual chapters can’t be posted if they are solely for selling items for a business.
